I created a form with a signature field on it. We were collecting data on field with internet connection only at the beginning. But out of 104 records, only 55 have signature available although they were all recorded in a similar way. We have alread sent all data to the server but the signatures are not updating. How can we solve this issue? Any ideas? Should we just wait until it loads or is there a possibility of the data being lost??? 
@daniela_montesinos, could you also let us know the tool you used for collecting data (i.e. Enketo or Collect android app?
Hi @Kal_Lam , we used the Enketo Express app but some signatures worked and others did not. Could we fix this?
@daniela_montesinos, there could be one possibility where your enumerator closed the web-form before the data was completely synced with the server. If this is the case, could you request your team to verify the browser to see if there are any traces that are left un-sent? If this is the case, it could solve your issue. But please note, if the browser was/has been cleared everything should be lost.
