Signature files missing

Hi all,

Signature files are missing from one of ours surveys on the kobotoolbox website and in the downloaded excel data and media attachments folders.

We know the signatures were completed during the survey as the signature question settings are set to mandatory. However, the files cannot be accessed or found on the server.

The survey was completed using both the kobocollect app and enketo webforms on both android and iphones. Could someone advise on what has gone wrong and if we can recover the files?
