Signature issue

Hello, I’m experiencing some issues with the signature field. After submitting the form, I try to view the signature, but an exclamation mark icon appears instead. What could be causing this, and what can I do to fix it?

I have the same issue. In the first week of surveying the signatures showed up and then they stopped showing up. There appears to be jpg file there, but it’s not showing.

@andrea_galeano, are you able to download your signature from the server?

No, I downloaded the data and the attachments, but the signature didn’t appear. What should I do? @Kal_Lam

Hi Kal:

Thanks for trying. I am still having problems editing our surveys and seeing the signatures collected. See the message I get when I try to edit. The problem field is always the polygon. Also attached is the blank signature field.

Any further advice.
