Signatures are not appearing in the form

I hope you are doing well.

We are experiencing an issue where some signatures are not appearing in the form. Instead, when we save them, a question mark (?) is displayed.

I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?
