Skip logic with multiple conditions

Dear KOBO guys, I am trying to use Skip logic with multiple conditions. I am creating the tool directly in the app, not using Excel. I think the issue might be due to the complexity of the code. Is anyone available to help? I found KOBO doesn’t have and/or conditions with multiple conditions, like except, etc. I might missing something.
