Slow submissions and need to refresh Enketo form to submit

KoboToolbox Support Team,

We are experiencing persistent delays when submitting an Enketo web form. Submissions take several minutes and, in some cases, the form only submits after refreshing the page. We tested with a new project/form and the same issue persists.

We have also tested simplified submissions with no large attachments, but the delay continues. Could you please confirm if there are ongoing Enketo/server issues or any recommended steps to resolve this?

Welcome to the community, @elisantosvega! Could you also let us know the server you are using? Besides, how many questions does your form have? Do they also contain media attachment questions? And lastly how strong is your network connection? All these details should affect the submission you are making to the server.
