Slowness and connection problems - KoboToolbox platform

Hi Kobo Team,

I am creating this post just to check in with you and the rest of the community if you have also been noticing that the server has become very slow in the last couple of days. I am also having some ‘502 bad gateway’ errors and sometimes the access is denied to some menus and I have to log out and log in.

It’s making it impossible, especially to upload and deploy forms.

I wonder if might be happening only with me or not, or if it has to do with the latest updates on the UI.

Hope this is the right place for this.

EDIT: I am using the ‘Global KoboToolbox Server’.

Hi @Kal_Lam , the navigation between the several menus is working fine now, thanks.

However, FYI, I still don’t seem to be able to upload the XLS anymore. It gets stuck forever:

For me, it seems to be working perfectly now. Marking this as solved, thanks @Kal_Lam :wink:
