Dear All,
SMS notification feature is not available on kobo, would be value proposition if such feature is added. for example if user submit any record the email or sms should go on.

@sudhir, @gracemiller84 you may need to use REST Services to integrate Twilio with KoboToolbox in order to send SMS or email notifications. Here’s a workaround shared in one of our previous posts that explains how this integration can be done with KoboToolbox:
