I have created a survey in Arabic language, however when I want to export the results, almost 20 columns are not being exported Can you please explain why?

if you click on data, view table, Q24 and onwards are not showing when I download. Snippet attached.

Would you mind trying downloading your data in XLS (legacy) format to see if you should be able to download them? Please let the community know on what happens.

@Kal_Lam I did, and it downloaded! but the column names are odd, for ex, begin_score_bt4sh30_002/select_one_gr1hn00_003
so should I assume that the columns are in order of the options for the Q?
for example:
Q1: XXXX
a.
b.
c.
Hence option a will be the first in order in the excel sheet
@yhamdar, were these missing columns previously in a group question? If yes, did you change some of the variable names from this group? These additional details should help us troubleshoot your issue.
@Kal_Lam, yes, they are in a group Q, and no I did not change the names.

Hello @Josh , thanks. I was also looking closely at the exports and noticed that the scale that I have added to the missing questions is completely off. When you investigate this issue please re-iterate back.

Hi @yhamdar, the issue appears to lie in how we are currently handling the $autoname attribute for fields that contain non-Latin characters. I am looking into this, but a workaround for your current project could be to do the following:
- download your survey as XLS from the UI
- upload that form again to replace the current survey
- deploy the project again (first unarchive in your case)
- before exporting your data again, uncheck the box that says “Include data from all X versions”
- export your data
Please try these steps and let me know if your data shows up in the export
