Hello, Why are some responses to certain questions not appearing in the KoboToolbox data export, even though the answers have been submitted?”
only few data can be seen

Hi @prashansa_113 welcome to our community.
This can happen for a few reasons:

  1. The questions are not marked as required, so respondents may have skipped them.
  2. The answer choices have blank labels, which can make the collected data appear empty.

Could you please review your XLSForm and check whether either of these situations applies?

You can also investigate further by switching the data table view to display XML values instead of labels. This will help determine whether responses were actually stored and associated with underlying XML values, even if the labels are missing or blank.
