Thank you. Sorry, but I seem to have missed this message and replied only to the earlier one.
Yes, Initially I exceeded the storage threshold. Then I tried to make some space by first downloading the submitted data to my internal storage and deleted all the rows. Soon after deleting the data I was hoping I can submit the data that were in my drafts but the attached error message kept appearing.
Its been almost 75/80 days so I am sure I already exceeded a month long waiting period to make new submissions.
Currently, I have started another project by uploading the same xls form and I am following the trick you suggested where I download my submissions after it reaches certain storage limit but I make sure I keep at least one row of data intact.
I no longer need this form to make new submissions but I have some data in draft folders of various devices that are being used by my team members from remote locations. Since the screenshot (attachment 3) suggests there is some bug I am hoping you would be able to solve my problem.
@chetana_p, are you on a paid plan or are you on a community plan? What are your monthly average submissions to your account? Maybe if you are on a community plan and have plans to make a large submission then you should go with the paid plan.
Feel free to reach us through support@kobotoolbox.org for any support needed to upgrade your plan.
I am on a community plan. Unfortunately, I do not have resource to subscribe the paid plan for now so I will have to make the most out of what is available.

@chetana_p, you can always check your data/submission usage from under ACCOUNT SETTINGS>Usage to see the total number of submissions you have used up for the month. Feel free to reach us back if you still have issues.
I started the survey back in September and once the media storage limit exceeded I downloaded all the data, and then deleted it from Kobo platform. After deletion I am facing the error.
Plus, even if I exceeded the limit in Sep, shouldn’t I be able to trace my data or open my survey form next month? We are in Dec now…so its already 3 months. Here is a snapshot of my storage.
@chetana_p, please be informed that there is a difference between storage and submission. In an account you will be provided 1GB of storage (per account). You cannot exceed this threshold. If you wish to exceed this then you will need to upgrade your account to a paid plan. Similarly, in a community plan you will get 5k submissions per month. And this will be renewed every month. So you can only collect 5k submissions per month. But if you wish to exceed this you will either need to wait till another month or you will need to upgrade your plan to a paid plan.
In terns of storage, you can always delete your projects/submissions to free up space. But in terms of submissions that is not allowed.
Well, I had only 247 submissions from that project. Now I am starting another project that has a total of 295 submissions. Then shouldn’t it be working? Pls see the screenshot I have attached in my previous reply.
P.S: My total sample size is 3,000 Households so no matter how long it takes I won’t be exceeding submission limit.

Hi, could you pls respond? I cleared earlier that I have not exceeded my submission threshold. I still need to retrieve the data that got stuck in my enumerators’ devices.
