Form status deployed in project tab but while opening to enter the data it says the form is deleted

I have not archived nor deleted my form. The status of form under project tab shows deployed but still I get this message: This form does not exist or you no longer have access to it. Please check the URL for any missing characters.

If the form existed previously, it may have been archived, disabled or deleted. If this is unexpected, please contact the person who asked you to fill the form.

I am also unable to submit the form. It shows 404 error

Context: My form was working well till now. I had a total of 240 submissions and we are expecting to collect data from 3,000 households. We had lots of media attachments too. Kobo notified I ran out of storage space so I downloaded the attachments as well as spreadsheet and deleted all the entries from the data table to free up space for new entries. But now it is constantly showing error and I can neither fetch the form from download form, not enter new data and not even submit the data

I am sharing three screenshots. First one where ‘my project’ shows that the the project name ‘किसान सूचीकरण फारम’ is in deployed status.
Second picture where I try to open the form but it shows the error saying either the form is deleted or archived which is not true because I haven’t done anything to the form
And third screenshot where I try sending the draft entries and it shows error during submission.

It would be of great help if you could support me in resolving this. Thank you!

Hi, I sent you my username, password and the screenshot of a server via private messaging option around 10/12 days ago. Did you get it? Any update on how to resolve my issue? I am still waiting for your response. Please kindly suggest what I should do next to retrieve my entries. Thank you

@chetana_p, received your private message. Investigating it now. Will update you as soon as I find anything that is shareable.

@chetana_p, just to confirm that you are still not able to make submissions to that project. Did I get you correct? Initially, did you exceed the submission threshold, or did you exceed the storage threshold?

Kindly please be informed that there is a difference between a submission threshold and a storage threshold. The system will allow you to collect 5k submissions per month while you will only have 1GB of storage space per account. Incase you exceed these thresholds provided by the system you will need to upgrade your account to a paid plan.

If and incase, you do not wish to upgrade your account to a paid plan, you will need to wait another month to make another submission for the new 5k submission. But in the case of storage use, you can download your submission and media attachments and delete the same from the server to make space. In that case, the system would allow you to make storage (not exceeding 1GB) per account.
