KoBoToolbox has not started yet. This is can be normal with low CPU/RAM computers. I was having the same issue even after a couple of setup runs. The 4 hostnames need to be set to the same IP address in /etc/hosts. If you are accessing the KoBoToolbox from outside you need also to define the same entries in the machine from where you are browsing.

Does this mean the kobotoolbox server can be only be used by public internet user that already configured in certain way? am I correct?
