Welcome back to the community, @sandeshsays! Maybe this post discussed previously should help you solve your issue:

KoBoToolbox has not started yet. This is can be normal with low CPU/RAM computers. I was having the same issue even after a couple of setup runs. The 4 hostnames need to be set to the same IP address in /etc/hosts. If you are accessing the KoBoToolbox from outside you need also to define the same entries in the machine from where you are browsing.
