Stuck in "Processing" status when exporting data

Hi everyone, I want to export my data but it has stucked in the “Processing” for an hour. I tried to export again in the multiple times but it doen’t work.
I have no idea to handle this problem now, or contact with someone for more information.
Note: I’m project creator and I use in the non-humanitarians server.
