Submission failed (record name or ID already exists)

Welcome back to the community, @lazasoa! You can resolve this issue by clearing your browser cache or by switching to a different browser. However, please proceed with caution when clearing the cache. If there are any pending submissions stored in the browser, they will be permanently deleted. In such cases, we recommend first downloading the pending submissions to your PC and then clearing the browser cache.

How I can download the pending submissions and when I complete clearing the browser cache how I can restore the pending submissions I downloaded?

And if the submissions to the form were allowed without a username and password? I sent the form to people without usernames/passwords:

The issue you’re experiencing can sometimes occur due to a browser-related problem, and clearing the browser cache should resolve it. However, as mentioned above, please proceed with caution if there are any pending submissions stored in the browser.
