Submission failure for specific users

I have two users who are trying to modify their surveys and the platform wont allow them nor the project owner to make any changes.

his is the message that appears every time we try and make any change on any one of their surveys:

@ferdelcid, is this an issue with a specific submission or is it an issue with the entire submissions for that project? Could you also let us know the server you are using?

It is happening with all submissions from both users.
We are using european server.

@ferdelcid, you are getting this issue because I can see a lot of submissions being duplicated under your project. FYR …

Delete the duplicate _uuids from your project and you should be able to edit your submissions.
