Submission not received

Dear all,

I encountered a problem with the submission of the survey through Enketo Web forms. One of my enumerators confirmed that she has already submitted around 20 submissions but I have not received any. I checked the device she was working with (an iPad), but there was no queue submission remained. I also tested that device by submitting a new submission and I did receive it. So, my question is what happened to the missing submission? Is there anyway to restore it?

Kindly please request your enumerator to check out if she has pressed Save as Draft or pressed Submit.

Besides, also ensure that the enumerator is using the correct link to the survey that has been shared for collecting data.

Hi @Kal_Lam. I checked of both possible case scenarios you mentioned already. She was sure she submitted and there were also panels notified the successful submission. The link is also correct.
