By deleting previous data in the project, can I collect data more than 5000 per month?
Yes, @ero_analysis! You should be able to collect more than 5k submissions if you delete the projects/submissions that is already there on the server.
Thank you for the response. I deleted the project and data unfortunately I couldn’t collect more than 5000 submissions in a month. Is there any procedure? please let me know.
@ero_analysis, you will need to check both the submissions and storage threshold you have reached as outlined in this post:
If either has exceeded, you will not be able to proceed. Make sure you have not exceeded the submissions and storage threshold.
