With the updates from 13th August, I am facing several issues. Is the update not compatible with older version of browers like safari or chrome? Most of the submissions from my surveyors are facing the issues like below in the screenshot. Please suggest me how we can resolve this issue.

Would that relate to the fact that my form has several attachments like 15 attachments ?

I am not sure if it is just me or other people are having similar issues. I am using Kobotoolbox to collect applications for our Development Grant and we have a lot of questions and attachments like business license and financial statement and so on.
Before the updates on 13th August, everything was working smoothly but after 13th August, I am facing several issues. The biggest issues that I have is below. Most of the applicants are having trouble submitting the form and sometimes when it gets submit, some of the attachments could not be found. Sometimes it took several hours just to get one submission.
Please suggest me how we resolve or approach this problem

@hmnaing, does your submission also include attachments? If yes, could you kindly let us know the size of the attachment you are trying to upload to the server? Please also let us know the server you are using. These details should help us troubleshoot your issue.
Hello @Kal_Lam , thank you for replying the questions. Yes, It do have attachment and I didn’t set the limit so, it should be the default limit. I think 5 MB? But I did set the limit for the file type, which is pdf. I am using EU server.

@Kal_Lam And when it got submitted, some of the submissions does not show in our database. I am not sure how many submissions we lost due to that. I would really appreciate it if you could help us out. We are also using a professional plan as well.
