FWIW, we’re experiencing same issues here, reported today in the https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/ server:

  1. Submissions not available in the Data table, Downloads or Reports but counted in the Summary tab

  2. Validation utility not working sometimes. Submission status keeps unchanged after refreshing.

  3. Changes made to submitted forms not saved.
    a. For some submissions, change is visible when viewing the data in the form view, but the data in the Data table remains the same (just as the downloaded data)

    b. For another submissions, changes were lost at all and are not available in the form view
    c. For some submissions, changes were saved

  4. Error 400 when submitting forms for several projects
