Synchronous export to Excel not working

Hello,

I am getting stuck at the data export stage in Excel 2016. I am following the instructions as per this guideline. I have selected both access options in the Settings>Sharing section. I am also able to pull the .csv version data to Google Sheets.

In Excel, however, this is the result of putting in the synchronous export URL. This dialogue box pops up immediately.

At the moment, Excel does not open a dialogue box where I could enter the authentication details, which I presume would solve the issue. But I am a little lost here.

Would be great to know where I am going wrong and how I could correct this. Thanks

Did you connect by using Token? IF you don’t remember, can you share the advance editor logs? IF you used token, make sure it is not visiable in the screen shot

I did not use the Token for this export. I used the data_url_xlsx URL.

So, you didn’t provided token or username/password, is that right? I am not sure why but sometimes you can’t directly procced with username and password. You can connect with the token first, then you can switch to username and password.
