Takes too long to validate a submission

Hello, 1st time posting here. I’d like to ask something about validating submission from data table in Kobo. I dont know why when i want to open (clicking eye icon) a submission to check (then validate via approve, not approve or hold) take so long. if my rough calculation is right, after i clicked the eye icon, it took 2 minutes to open a submission, and another 2 minutes to validate (chose between approve, not approve or on hold). Oh I already checked my internet connection on my end, and its fine.

Is there something wrong with my form ? or Did i missed something ?

Welcome to the community, @hysin! Could you kindly let us know the server you are using? We could then check it at our end to see if there is anything breaking or not working as expected.

im using kf server on kf.kobotoolbox.org.

my id is xxxxxxx and my ongoing project in simurp development survey-jatiluhur, idk why it takes too long for me to validate each submission.

@hysin, I now see that it’s taking a lot of time because, your form (questionnaire) seems to be too large 997 questions:

When you have this large form, the performance will definitely fall slowing down your requests made to the server.

Solution for this is to have a smaller form with less questions.
