How can do resolve this ,I want only download Image file from Kbotool box -non_humanitarian server but still downloading failed .Please resolved issue as soon as possible early .

FYI, please be informed that when you have a lot of media files (or a media file that is of a greater size) on the server it should take time. If you still wish to download them faster, you could try using the approach outlined in the support article:
