I am writing to request technical assistance with a persistent data export failure on the Humanitarian server.
Every time I attempt to export my project data, the export fails and displays the following error notification:
“Export Failed: MongoNetworkError: connection 2 to mongo.koboroute.internal:27017 timed out after 20000ms (request aborted)”
Server Details:
- Server: EU Server forms
ee-eu.kobotoolbox.org.
Troubleshooting Already Attempted:
I have already tried switching the export format to CSV, unchecking the “Include data from all versions” option, and clearing my previous export history queue, but the timeout error still occurs.
Could you please check if there is a server-side lock on this dataset, or assist me in extracting a clean copy of the data from the backend?
