I am not able to submit my responses across all my projects owned by the username above.
@nmeric, have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues that are affecting this? It’s always wise to validate your XLSForm through the online validator to check for syntax issues.
@Kal_Lam, while this cuts across all projects owned by the above username, submissions had been coming in till 2nd November. Since then, the field teams are not able to sync the data; they are receiving the errors shown in the screenshots shared earlier. Additionally, if we recreate the forms in a different account, we are able to receive submissions.
