The image file name appears in the data, but the corresponding web URL is not available

Hello Kobo Community,

I’m facing an issue with image-type questions in one of our Kobo forms.

In the exported data, some records show the image file name (e.g., 1000052714-9_55_50.jpg), but the corresponding web URL/link is missing. This prevents us from accessing those images through the export.

The image questions are marked as mandatory, and the form was submitted successfully.

Could you please help me understand why this might be happening, and how to ensure the image URL appears for all records?
