There are many blank rows that are coming with only time, date stamps and version details.
Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing. Are you seeing this in the excel downloads or on the table view? Can you confirm.

The blank rows could be due to 2 possible reasons (try finding it out which one should be affecting your case):
- If your survey form does not have a mandatory response being enabled.
- If you or anyone having the admin right to the survey have uploaded the data manually as outlined in the support article here.
