Time stamp not being downloaded

Hello,
I am working on a project since last few days. Data is being collected, downloaded and analyzed. Today when I downloaded the data, I found that the Start and End time are not downloaded as it is normally downloaded. Usually date as well as time is downloaded but now only date is being downloaded. Please see the below image.

A kind request for support so that I can download proper timestamp.
Time is being recorded with date and is visible in data table on server. But is not being downloaded.

@mandarsathe, check the Store date and number responses as text (as shown in the image below while downloading your data) and you should be able to download the entire timestamp.
