The chiefs of enumerators need to check the enumerators’ data before sending it to the server. So we need to transfer the data from the enumerators’ smartphones to the chiefs of enumerator’ tablets/smartphones.
I’ve already followed the steps mentioned in the topic about “Transferring forms and data manually from one android device to another”. But once the data has been transferred, it is no longer available in the draft, but is already in the ready-to-send box, even if the data was initially recorded in the interviewer’s draft. Is there any other way of transferring this data? and keeping it in the draft? If not, is it possible to modify a form in the ready-to-send box? how, please?
Really appreciate it if there is a way to do that.
Welcome to the community, @ialynfie! Maybe you will need to use the earlier version of the Collect Android App as the latest version does not support editing finalized forms …
But please be careful when using the previous versions as they may contain bugs. The other option is that you could also use the Record Validation approach for this by using the Row-Level Permissions feature.
