I’m going to travel tonight to Honduras and I can’t fill the health form. I created a username and password with Kobo Toolbox and I still can’t see the form. Someone help. Thank you.

I followed what the previous post said, and the Account Settings is completely different. See attached picture.
@mlvargas33, sorry. Did not quite understand your issue. Could you kindly let us know what is the difference here (when compared to the Account Settings with other accounts)?
