Trying to redeploy the form but getting import error

Hi all,

Im trying to redeploy a form but im getting this error “Import Failed!
Name: UNHCR Quarterly Assessment 2022 V2.xlsx
KobocatDeploymentException: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)”, i tried to validate the form on the odk online validator and it work with no error, but cant redeploy it on the server.

On the a humanitarian server i can redeploy it but on a privet im getting the error, im start getting this error only from yesterday.

Welcome to the community, @mohammedkobo1! This should be your installation issue. Maybe try following the instruction as outlined in the post discussed previously:

Kobocat form is not loading Data

Did you install it using run.py or some other method? This seems to be a configuration error with the KPI module or the interface between KPI and KC. You can check the logs inside the KPI container. I guess the quickest way to resolve it would be to run run.py --setup again.
