I sent a KoboToolbox questionnaire to people asking them to geolocate their residential address, but as you can see in the images below, it appears differently when opened on a computer versus a mobile phone. Why is that?
Welcome to the community, @ermi1980! When opening questions in a small screen vs opening a question in a large screen, the layout of the form changes slightly. This is because, Enketo or the web form prefers a large screen for data collection but compromises slightly when the same form is opened on a small screen.
For e.g. you could try viewing the same question in portrait vs. landscape mode to see the difference on the same device.

@ermi1980, did you try viewing your survey form in both the portrait mode vs. the landscape mode (if you are using a mobile device)? Did you also try viewing this on a tablet (to see if you are able to view the map there)?

Yes, I viewed my survey form in both portrait and landscape modes on my mobile device & Others, but the map is still not visible. I have not yet tested it on a tablet.

Yes, I’ve attached the XLSForm. As you can see, the geolocation questions are included. I still experiencing issues with the map not displaying on mobile devices. I hope this helps with your testing. Thank You

@ermi1980, I tried in both my mobile device and tablet (8 inch) but was not able to view the map. However, I was able to view it in a PC. So the issue is related to large screen. So if you need to view map in the form then I recommend you use a device with screen size greater then 8 inch.
