I think it has something to do with may be the choice filter and repeat group.
Problem i dont undestand the language . i you have an english version of the form i could spare sometime to deal with it

Hello @pruzige, how are you?Thank you for your availability. It turned out to be a problem with the appearance column, as it was generating an error with ‘minimal autocomplete’, so I had to change it to just minimal and it worked!
