[row : 11] On the ‘choices’ sheet, the ‘name’ value is invalid. Choice names must be unique for each choice list. If this is intentional, use the setting ‘allow_choice_duplicates’. Learn more: XLSForm.org.
I validated the for before in the preview section and it gives the ok, form valid. There are no data yet, so I do not need to use Excel yet.
I kindly ask for your support as we need to apply the forms urgently, which is why I really urge you to help me solving this problem.
Welcome to the community, @gennrich! It’s a form design issue. You should be able to learn more about the same through this post discussed previously:
All you need to do is go to your choice sheet and then check row 11 to check for duplicates in your choices sheet.
BTW, feel free to validate your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues in your form that are affecting the deployment.
