Unable to access my account

Dear Sir,

About 2 weeks ago, i tried logging in to my kobo account however, It should my account doesn’t exist, I proceeded to create an account for myself using my earlier used email.

I managed to collect data, however, I have been unable to log back to my new account but instead bring back the old account which does not have the newly collected data. Please help.
