Our team has been utilizing non-humanitarian server for dynamic forms seamlessly since January 2024. Starting on February 23, 2024, we encountered a significant issue. While we initially could submit entries to the parental form without any problems, all submissions made on February 23 failed to attach to the child form, rendering them inaccessible for further editing via the site.
Today, attempting to submit a mock entry to the parental form resulted in it getting stuck in line, exacerbating the problem. Older entries submitted on different days are now inaccessible for editing in both the parental and child forms.
