Unable to deploy even when the validator said its ok

HI!
I would like to request your help in understanding why this form cannot be deployed, despite the validator’s approval. I can even download the X form and see the preview in Enketo.

I was able to deploy previous version of the same form; the first attempt always failed, then the second one worked.
In the validator and kobo server (kf.kobotoolbox.org), it takes at least 2 to 3 minutes to be reviewed

Let me know if you have any clue

This is possible, as the Online validator (often) uses a newer generator (and Enketo) version than Enketo (Preview) inside KoboToolbox.

Hi @data_gab_riano, it looks like your form is quite large (1,692 questions), which may be causing the issue. When forms are this big, the server may time out the request to maintain overall performance.
