I’ve been trying to deploy a survey without success. I keep receiving the following error:
“Server error (500)
Something went wrong when trying to process your request”
I checked the questionnaire with the online validator and there are no errors at all. I’m at lost of what could be the issue here since the error message doesn’t give any indication on the reason blocking deployment/redeployment.
I’m attaching my xls file just in case someone can figure it out.

Please note that the error message your are getting is related to the settings in your form. Specifically, the worksheet named Settings is capitalized. If you change it to lowercase (settings), you should be able to redeploy successfully.
Thanks so much for finding that bug. It now deploys properly. It is strange because I always use my template and I didn’t have this issue in the past, which included ‘Settings’ with capital letter.
