Unable to deploy the survey

Urgent help needed. I am unable to deploy this version of the questionnaire. Please help.

Hi @minuri_perera,

It is generally a good idea to validate your form here before you deploy:

When I validate your form in here I get this message:

Error: [row : 30] Invalid question name [1_16_1] Names must begin with a letter, colon, or underscore.Subsequent characters can include numbers, dashes, and periods.

So changing your following question names starting with numbers would solve the issue.
1_16_1
1_16_2
1_16_3
1_16_4
1_16_5
1_16_6
1_16_7
