I am unable to download/export data updates in XLS format from monday (3rd July)! My colleagues in different countries face the same problem. The XLS downloads show as “download pending”…
Is that an issue people are currently facing? any feedback? I am unable to update my dashboards!!

Facing exactly the same problem. Not been able to view download option. I cannot proceed beyond the “loading” page.
Waiting for a solution (with bated breath).

The outage was likely due to a very large picture download attempt. As a reminder, while we do our best to provide services to all users and have a very generous policy for non-humanitarian users, we also count on heavy users to let us know of any major / large deployment so that we can work with you to find the best solution. We are a relatively small team and preventable issues like this one affect every users.We will take steps to prevent similar issues to re-occur.

Could you kindly share us the screenshot of the error message that you are receiving. Would also appreciate if you could let us know the server (OCHA or the HHI) on where you are having downloading issues.
Please note: I just made a check at my end and it seems to work smoothly.
