Unable to download xml file from google drive

I keep getting the following warning message when I try to get a blank form from my google drive, “Unable to make API calls. If you are running a local build, please review the project read me.” What could I be doing wrong?

Could you let us know why you are using the Google Drive instead of the KoBoToolbox server?

Are you trying to download blank forms from your KoBoToolbox server (that was deployed previously) or are you trying to download your xlsform to your Collect android app from the Google Drive?
