I am unable to export the data collected, can anyone help me out?

I think it is an Internet problem. Can you give me some information to know what the actual problem is?
(a) Number of variables added to this form?
(b) How much data has been collected in this form and on the server?

Not a big data, just around 70 surveys
Questionnaire is around 300 to 500 questions with skips
This issue is from yesterday.
@bilalriaz9, so did you mean you did not have any issues downloading your data before yesterday? Could you also let us know the server you are using?
Can you look into this matter? i am just able to download XLS Legacy only but its not usefull.

@bilalriaz9, apologies for getting back to you lately. It seems that you are still able to download your data in XLS (legacy) format. Kindly please continue doing that until we have a fix for your XLS download issue.

@bilalriaz9, in addition to having 705 questions, your project has 101 deployed versions, and 840 total versions. This was exhausting the memory of the server when you attempted to export.
I see that this project akr38jpRmkEUHMeKvZW2S2
is now archived and not receiving new submissions. Please do NOT use this project for further data collection. Instead, clone the project, and collect data with the clone. This will eliminate the need for the server to keep track of such a large quantity of versions.
We have increased the memory available to export processes in order to accommodate your project. I have tested this and successfully created and XLSX export with all versions and all columns.
I cannot guarantee that this will continue to work reliably. Please safeguard this XLSX file and do as I directed above (create a new project via cloning) if you need to collect more submissions.
