Unable to get blank forms from KoBoToolbox server

I’m new to kobotoolbox.
I’ve created my survey and deployed it but unable to link it to my Android phone.
Please how should I go about it.
The screenshot below is the error that’s returned.

Welcome to the community! Seems like you have typo error in your URL settings. Try this out under General Settings>Server>URL:

URL
https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info

Username:
xxxxxxxxxx

Password:
xxxxxxxxxx
