Unable to load and edit submissions

Kindly help me with this challenge. I am unable to edit my submissions

Hi @gsdf, somewhere in your form you are using the expression ā€œinstance(ā€˜male/female’)/root/itemā€ and this can’t be read by the system. I suggest you change your file name, it could be male_female instead. Let us know if this works!

@gsdf, you could always validate your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify any syntax issues that are affecting the form deployment.

This post discussed previously should help you use the online validator.

I appreciate you sharing the online form validator with me. However, my current challenge is not related to form validation. These forms were deployed in 2022, and until about a week ago, I had no issues editing submitted data. The problem began recently, and it affects all nine deployed forms, not just one.
I tested one of the forms using the online validator, and it passed without any issues, which confirms that the problem lies elsewhere.

Thank you very much for your quick feedback. I checked my form, and I don’t have those issues (instance(ā€˜male/female’)/root/item).

These forms were deployed in 2022, and until about a week ago, I had no difficulty editing submitted data. The issue only began recently and is affecting all nine deployed forms, not just one. I have also not received any complaints from our field staff, and all nine forms are syncing properly with my Excel sheets.
Given this, could the cause of the problem be elsewhere?

Finally!!!:grinning_face: I found yes/no at the tail end of all the forms. I am surprised that this has become an issue after almost 3 years of deployment.
