When I try to click the print icon in the previous view, it does not appear the window for printing. In some cases, when I click the print icon, the text fields duplicate. What could be the problem?

Good morning @Kal_Lam, I can also see this screen. But when I click the print button, the print window doesn’t appear. I see the form with double text fields only (see screenshot below). Is this a problem external to Kobo Toolbox?
@theusser, would you mind trying it with the Chrome browser to see how it behaves? FYI, I tried it with Chrome. Please also try updating your browser to its latest version for best performance.
Thank you for the suggestion. Sorry to answer so late. I tried with Microsoft Edge an it works good. My Browser Firefox is updated at the latest version but it didn’t works.
