Welcome to the community, @syriagbvaor! Have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify syntax issues if any that are affecting the form deployment.
This post discussed previously should help you use the online validator.
Dear @Kal_Lam thank you for your response. I did not validate it. I develop the survey via form builder. then for admin data cascade I copy and paste the excel data ( admin 1 to 3). Any other help to redeploy ?

I developed the form in the form builder for admin data. I develop excel and paste it when I cascade. I upload on the online validator . The form is valid. Still I couldn’t redeploy it.

In addition to the unable to redeploy I could not download the XLS final form . please assist me
the form is developed in English and Arabic

Following my repeated trail and removing some ‘’-‘’ and ’ from the admin English name i able to deploy. However, the admin name which i removed the - and ’ the district name and sub district name is not displayed. only admin 1 name . in addition I couldnot download the xls form.
