Thanks for reporting this issue. There was a stopped service on our HHI production server (kf.kobotoolbox.org) affecting some users’ imports.
This has now been restarted, so any imports you submitted will now have made it into your account (meaning that if you tried to upload the same form more than once it will now show up several times, so don’t be alarmed.
