unable to upload due to message

Hi KC team

i have translated my form but when uploading, the following message appears. i waited for over 30 mins and i have tried uploading older forms but nothing is uploading. i have tried all i know

“your library assets have uploaded and are queued for processing. this may take a few minutes”

please assist, as i am in the field waiting to start

I confirm the issue and we will be fixing it urgently. In the meantime, if your form is ready to be deployed, you can upload directly through your project page.

Thanks for reporting this issue. There was a stopped service on our HHI production server (kf.kobotoolbox.org) affecting some users’ imports.

This has now been restarted, so any imports you submitted will now have made it into your account (meaning that if you tried to upload the same form more than once it will now show up several times, so don’t be alarmed.
