Welcome to the community! Looking at your xlsform, i saw that you had only one language in your survey form and had labelled them with ::Francais as shown in the image below.
In KoBoToolbox, you do not have to use ::Francais if you have only one language in your survey form. However this is compulsory if you have more than one language.
