Unauthorized access to data

Hi all, last month I lost the data after the enumerator i had given the url, username and password to access the questionnaire on the android phone and collect data, one of them accessed the data on the browser and deleted everything.

Is there a way we could have 2 different passwords, one for the mobile data collection and the other to access the account?
