I have this error when I test my ODK form in the ODK validate. what
may not be right

Let’s see the full text of the error, or please send the form as an attachment and I will run it through Validate. Interpretting those errors can be a little bit of an art form, but a lot of the time they can tell you exactly where you went wrong.

Please find attached the form, I suspect the error is based on the
relevant options (the sequence of the logics) /data/D03 = '1' and
/data/D02 = '1' D03 comes before D02.

Paul,
The order of the elements does not matter.
However, it looks like you built this in ODK Build, which handles things a little differently than KoBoForm. Usually, they are interchangeable, that is, a form that works will work no matter where you made it, but if it doesn’t work, it is a little harder for me to troubleshoot a form that came from ODK Build.
When I look at the XML, the thing I see first is that you have a lot of groups. Why are you grouping all these elements? It looks like maybe you want them to appear on the same screen. Are you designing for a tablet?
My suggestion is to get rid of the groups unless you are trying to make things repeat.
You must make sure that you never use the same node name twice, or it will crash the form in an ugly way that is hard to decipher. I don’t see that you have made something repeat, but look out for that.
